Francisco Todorov worked for about 30 years in global law firms in the field of antitrust and international trade.

At these firms, he held various leadership positions, including global head of an antitrust practice with more than 200 lawyers in dozens of countries. In August 2024 he launched Todorov, Giannini & Nisiyama with his partners Adriana Giannini and Lorena Nisiyama. He specializes in several areas related to competition law, including merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance administrative proceedings, antitrust litigation and competition law counseling.

Francisco Todorov is widely recognized by publications such as Chambers and Partners, GCR, Who's Who Legal, Análise Advocacia 500, Latin Lawyer 250, LACCA Approved and Legal 500 as one of the prominent practitioners in the field of antitrust in Brazil. He was also a (pro bono) professor of antitrust law at the University of Brasília for 20 years
