Francisco Todorov worked for about 30 years in global law firms in the field of antitrust and international trade.

In those firms he held various leadership positions including global leadership of an antitrust practice with over 200 lawyers around dozens of countries. In August of 2024 he launched Todorov, Giannini & Nisiyama with his partners Adriana Giannini and Lorena Nisiyama. He specializes in the various areas relating to competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, antitrust litigation, compliance and legal counselling work.

Francisco Todorov is widely recognized by publications such as Chambers and Partners, GCR, Who's Who Legal, Análise Advocacia 500, Latin Lawyer 250, LACCA Approved and Legal 500 as one of the prominent practitioners in the field of antitrust in Brazil. He was also a (pro bono) professor of antitrust law at the University of Brasília for 20 years
