Lorena Nisiyama is a partner in TG&N specialized in Antitrust & Competition

Lorena launched Todorov, Giannini & Nisiyama with her partners Francisco Todorov and Adriana Giannini in August 2024, after having practiced Antitrust and International Trade in global law firms for about 15 years, including a year in London as a foreign associate.

She specializes in Antitrust and Competition law in its various facets, such as conducting administrative proceedings to verify the existence of cartels and abuse of dominant positions, counseling clients on distribution agreements and vertical restraints, negotiating leniency and settlement agreements, as well as legal counseling and representation of companies in merger reviews before the Brazilian competition authority. Lorena has also developed considerable experience in antitrust compliance programs, having advised a diversified multinational conglomerate on such efforts in a post-closing context. Finally, Lorena also has experience in Antitrust Litigation and International Trade, advising multinational clients in trade remedies cases and market access cases, particularly in connection with tariff reduction applications.

Lorena advises companies in connection with a broad range of competition law aspects, providing advice to clients from the technology, automotive, healthcare, chemicals, finance, and infrastructure industries, among others.
